DEALING WITH TAXES AND OFICIAL PAPERS
Specially for owners with taxable property abroad but, also, for all those who spend only a few weeks a year in their properties in Empuriabrava, we deal with all form filling and payments due.
When the owner is not a Spanish national we make sure the Income Tax return (which is compulsory) gets to the Tax office on time. We also make sure that all the local taxes are paid when the due and we take care of all the other services effectively and punctually.
We of course, we are at the clients disposal for anything regarding property. Licenses for building or alterations, dealing with buy and sell property, mortgages, ... in other words: absolutely anything.
